Reply with quote | #1 | LOVE, STARGIRL...2007. First there was Stargirl from Leo's point of view. Now Stargirl tells her own story, and once I gave her the pen there was no shutting her up. Stargirl is revealed as a real girl, not some otherworldly ideal, and it's precisely because she is real that she's worth emulating.

Reply with quote | #2 | love, stargirl was an excellent book. my favourite character: DEFINATELY alvina.
but, even after onnly reading it once, i realized that stargirl had an entirely different personality. i barely recognized her as the same girl (then i read it ten more times, haha)
what inspired you to change stargirl?? because not that i didnt love the second book, but really, she went from stargirl to jane smith if you know what i mean.
thanks, Jessie __________________

true, true..... but i think she had an expirence at mica high that made her a little more concerned about herself and what people think of her.... i kinda want her to go back to how she was. i think the only reason stargirl changed is because she figured that when she put herself out there, she got her heart broken..... no one likes a broken heart __________________ - SpInElLi FaN!! i <3 StArGiRL!! |
