LOSER...2002. Zinkoff was the last name of a famous sports announcer in Philadelphia. I thought it fit this kid perfectly. I hope you get the point of the title. "Loser" is what other kids call him--it's not what he is. This is a kid who, without even trying of knowing it, has his head on straight. Why? Because he throws himself into life without regard to who gets the blue ribbon.
